Hello, Mr Walia
I just wanted to say a quick hello and see how you are doing. I wanted to let you know that our quick visit to our house was very good and the house actually looks better in person than on the pictures on the computer. When we first pulled up to the property we stood and looked at it for awhile, in a sort of disbelief that the house was ours and couldn't believe how we did all this through simply looking at pictures and purchasing online. After staring at this property of ours for awhile and being excited to see it on the inside property manager pulled up. We were very happy to meet her she was very nice and showed us the property and we met the tenant, he was nice as well. Once we finished looking at the house we drove by the area which is a nice community and a well kept area of homes with pride of ownership we can tell.
Me and my father became a bit emotional as we sat in the car and were discussing this opportunity that was presented to us by you and have helped my family so much, we continue to be grateful as this investment has helped us tremendously. Truly is a blessing and I feel privileged and honored to know a man such as yourself.
